Business Model
The exact design of this business model was informed by the findings from the analytical activities which included scoping, chain mapping, and, benchmarking and gap analysis. A business plan was developed for the business model. Following the development of an appropriate intermediation or business model, value chain participants and stakeholders were engaged to support the replication of pilots beyond Kalumbila cassava cluster.
